Return Policy

Non-Personalized Products

The customer has the right to return non-personalized products within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Return conditions:

• The product must not have been used
• It must be in its original condition and packaging
• It must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on the company’s part.

Personalized Products

Personalized products are made specifically according to the customer’s selections (name, date, design, etc.).

For this reason:

• Returns or cancellations are not accepted after the order has been completed
• The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with the law

In the event that the product is delivered due to a company error or has an obvious manufacturing defect, it will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer.

The customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
